Ritu Goel -- CEO

LeanRISC is led by a woman entrepreneur Ritu Goel. Before founding Coverify, she has worked in various positions at many Semiconductor companies. Ritu is an engineering graduate from Netaji Subhash Chandra Institute of technology and has more than 15 years of experience in the VLSI industry.

Puneet Goel -- CTO

Puneet is an early SystemVerilog adapter and has been creating testbenches and verification tools for the past 10 years. He has two US patents to his credit and participated in the IEEE technical committee that defined SystemC 1666-2011 standard. He is also an expert in Multicore programming. To his credit he created multicore enabled verification language Vlang and ported the whole UVM 1.2 to Vlang. Vlang UVM is the first and (presently) the only multicore enabled port of UVM library. Having ported the whole UVM library gives him an unusual and unique "under the hood" expertise.

Meenakshi Vashist -- Mentor

Entrepreneur and a Technical Leader with experience of working in cutting edge, high technology areas in full fledged hardware, software product development and semiconductor IC development for wireless, networking, telecom, automotive & consumer segments. Have experience of seeding several business teams from scratch as well as leading organizational transformation initiatives at global level.
